MYTH and its rollout mark Lacy’s first visible step onto the scene, a fresh launch artistically,
in terms of music, and branding. As a “prologue” and the first “mini era” in his artistic universe,
it establishes his aesthetic and lays the foundation for his subsequent debut album ‘MENTALITY’. MYTH touches on romanticism, its allure and its dangers, themes of seduction, desire, betrayal, and other themes of duality – kicking off rashid lacy’s character arc.

and mixed youths growing up outside of Africa. Black and African music is global.
